Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday). In-stock items typically ship the same or next business day. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer competitive rates and, for qualifying orders, free expedited shipping within the USA (see promotions). There are no hidden fees – what you see is what you pay.

Delivery Times (Estimates)

• USA: 2–5 business days (expedited options available)
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Other International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Note: Remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Customs & Duties

For shipments outside the USA, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. Automation Traders is not responsible for delays caused by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log into your account to view tracking information. Our logistics team is here to assist with any delivery questions.
