Product Information & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before order processing. For wire transfers, orders will be held for up to 5 business days pending payment clearance. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after they leave our facility, but we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier. See our Delivery Information.
