Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after full payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Because we keep 100% of our own stock in Lahore, there are no delays from third‑party suppliers – your items are picked, packed, and dispatched directly from our facility.

International Shipping

Most international shipments are routed through our Dubai hub to optimise transit times and customs handling.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

  • Pakistan (Local): 2‑4 business days (via TCS / Leopers)
  • Middle East & South Asia: 6‑12 business days
  • Europe: 8‑16 business days
  • North America: 10‑20 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 8‑18 business days
  • Africa & South America: 14‑28 business days

These are expedited (not express) transit times – actual delivery may vary due to customs or local factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your shipment directly on our website under “Order History” in your account.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

We accurately declare the value of goods on all customs forms as required by law. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
