We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind – our policy is designed for genuine product issues.

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will arrange a wire transfer refund (any transfer fees will be deducted, as per our payment terms).
If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, we will process a replacement once the original is returned. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order separately.
