Return Eligibility

• Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items are non-returnable (opened software, custom parts, medical devices with seals). These are clearly marked on the product page.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact returns@automationtraders.com within 30 days with order number and reason.
2. We'll issue an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Pack securely with RMA on outside and ship to provided address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different part? Follow the return process and place a new order. Exchanges subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or contact us.
