Manufacturer's Warranty

Most products sold by Automation Traders are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type – typically ranging from 12 to 36 months. Please refer to the product documentation included with your order for specific terms.

Our Warranty Commitment

We guarantee that all products are 100% genuine, sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. If a product is found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period, we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer or, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the warranty period begins on the date of delivery. For used or refurbished items (if any), warranty terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

What is NOT Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Products that have been modified, repaired by unauthorized persons, or disassembled
• Consumable items (e.g., fuses, batteries) unless defective at time of delivery
• Shipping damage that was not reported within 7 days of delivery

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at warranty@automationtraders.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Include clear photos or videos if possible.
2. Our team will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or return of the item for inspection.
3. Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process. For manufacturer warranties, we may direct you to an authorized service center.

Return for Warranty Service

If we require you to return a product for warranty inspection, we will provide a return shipping label if the claim is approved. If the claim is not covered, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
