Manufacturer Warranties

Most branded products (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, GE, etc.) come with the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months. Warranty terms are included in the product documentation or available upon request. We will assist you in filing a claim with the manufacturer.

Automation Traders Warranty

For products sold under our own brand or as "Automation Traders Certified," we offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Products used outside their intended specifications

Refurbished / Pre-Owned Items

Refurbished items are tested and certified by our technicians and carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items sold "as-is" are clearly marked on the product page and are not covered by any warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email warranty@automationtraders.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. If the claim is approved, we will provide an RMA number and instructions for returning the item (if required).
3. Once we receive the item and verify the defect, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund (including original shipping costs if applicable).

International Warranty

Warranty coverage applies globally, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility unless the claim is due to our error.
