Calibration Services

Many industrial instruments and medical devices require periodic calibration to maintain accuracy and compliance. Automation Traders can supply your equipment with factory calibration, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration, or NIST‑traceable certification – either at the time of purchase or as an after‑sales service.

Calibration Options
• Manufacturer’s Calibration – Supplied with a certificate of conformance or test data from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Suitable for many general‑purpose applications.
• ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration – Performed by an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Includes measurement uncertainty and full traceability to national standards. Recommended for quality‑critical and regulated industries.
• NIST‑Traceable Calibration – Verification against standards maintained by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Includes a certificate documenting as‑found and as‑left data.

How to Order Calibration
1. At Checkout – Many products offer calibration as an optional upgrade. Simply select the desired calibration level before adding to cart.
2. After Purchase – If you already own an instrument, contact us at calibration@automationtraders.com with the manufacturer, model, and serial number. We will provide a quotation for calibration services.

Turnaround Time
• Pre‑sale calibration adds 2–5 business days to the order processing time.
• After‑sale calibration turnaround depends on the instrument and calibration laboratory. Typical lead time is 5–10 business days plus shipping.

What You Receive
All calibration services include:
• An official calibration certificate with unique serial number.
• Statement of traceability to national or international standards.
• Measurement results and, where applicable, uncertainty calculations.
• Electronic copy (PDF) and, for accredited services, a hard copy certificate.

We maintain strict confidentiality of your calibration data. Certificates are stored securely and can be re‑issued upon request.
